Lisa your instructor, is a member of the ZIN Zumba Instructor Network and has trained to the standard of Licensed Advanced (B2) Zumba Instructor. This allows her to teach a more varied class by adding Flamenco, Tango, Samba and Belly Dance/Bollywood styles to your regular Zumba routines of Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia and Reggaeton.
With more variety, you will have more fun!
Our Zumba Classes allow Beginners - Advanced to participate in the same class. We provide Slow/Fast, and Low/High Impact versions of the dance moves, that you can choose which variation suits you best depending upon your fitness level and co-ordination skills at each class. Dance moves from beginner to advanced variations are explained in each class, to ensure your workout is safe and that you learn the moves with confidence. This maximises the use of your muscles and gets the best workout for your whole body. Each week your fitness and co-ordination will improve. And you will start to see great results too!
We hope the only muscles that are sore at the end of your class are your smile muscles. Come and join our classes, and find your best way to workout and have fun too.
We have recently added our Zumba Express (Non-Stop) Classes which are suitable for dancers familiar with the routines and wanting to supercharge their workouts. Its challenging, but in reach of anyone that has already participated in our regular Zumba Fitness Classes. Give it a try and you will surprise yourself.
Costs: We offer casual classes - so no locked in contracts, and no joining/admin fees either. We offer discounted rates with our pre-paid 6-class and 10-class cards. These cards do not expire and can be used over any number of weeks, and can also apply to our Salsa course attendance.
