Course Descriptions

Our rangeof courses consist of 2 to 6 week courses, concentrating on Cuban Salsa as well as many other street latin dance styles, to allow students to enjoy a broader range of dance skills and styles.


Zumba Fitness - Casual Classes

Ditch the workout - Join the Party!
Zumba Fitness Classes increase your fitness while dancing - enjoying the movement and music of Latin America. Its exercise in disguise! This 1hr workout explores Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue, Reggaeton, Street Cha, Samba, Flamenco, Tango, Bellydance, Bollywood and more dance styles. Suitable for all levels of fitness with a range of low to high impact moves, as well as body isolations and core strengthening. Even if you cannot dance (yet), you will quickly learn the 4-5 basic steps for each song.

Wear sneakers and comfortable workout gear. Bring a water bottle and even a towel - you will definately sweat.

Open level - Suitable for beginners to advanced - ALL FITNESS LEVELS / ALL AGES.
